Riley County Police Department executed a search warrant in the 3000 block of Claflin Road yesterday, February 9, 2024, at approximately 1:57 PM. Stephanie Taylor, Grier Griffith, and Colton Gardner were all arrested in connection with the same.
Stephanie Taylor, 41, was arrested at approximately 2:25 PM. Taylor was arrested on probable cause offenses of distribute opiate/opium/narcotics/stimulant/heroin dosage 100, distribute marijuana, distribute opiate/opium/narcotics/stimulant/heroin 100 grams -< 1 kilogram, criminal use of weapons, distribute certain hallucinogenic, aggravated endangering a child, distribute a substance in KSA 65-4105g/65-4111, distribute certain hallucinogenic dose 10 - < 100 units, attempted use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body, and distribute or possess with intent to distribute drug paraphernalia for illegal use. Taylor was issued a total bond of $100,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
Grier Griffith, 28, was arrested at approximately 2:48 PM. Griffith was arrested on probable cause offenses of distribute marijuana, distribute opiate/opium/narcotics/stimulant/heroin 100 grams -< 1 kilogram, criminal use of weapons, distribute certain hallucinogenic, aggravated endangering a child, attempted use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body, and distribute or possess with intent to distribute drug paraphernalia for illegal use. Griffith was issued a total bond of $75,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
Colton Gardner, 32, was arrested at approximately 4:07 PM. Gardner was arrested on probable cause offenses of distribute certain hallucinogenic, use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body, distribute or possess with intent to distribute drug paraphernalia for illegal use, and distribute opiate/opium/narcotic/certain stimulant 3.5 - <100 grams. Gardner was issued a total bond of $15,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
