David Labombarbe, 39, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 3:32 p.m. in the 2700 block of Pembrook Place. Labombarbe was charged with distribution of material containing fentanyl within 1000 feet of a school (less than 10 units), distribution or possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school, distribution or possession with intent to distribute fentanyl within 1000 feet of a school, possession of cocaine, possession of a hallucinogenic drug, and possession of paraphernalia with intent to manufacture/plant/cultivate controlled substance. Labombarbe was issued a total bond of $300,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this release.
Bailey Crumpton, 27, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 3:43 p.m. in the 2700 block of Pembrook Place on two counts of possession, including fentanyl and cocaine, and possession of a depressant. Crumpton was issued a total bond of $7,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
