Toliver was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for distribution of opiate/narcotic/certain stimulant/heroin dose 10 - <100 units within 1,000 feet of a school, use of a communication facility in the commission of a felony drug violation, and distribution of opiate/opium/narcotics/stimulant/heroin dosage > 1,000 units.
Toliver’s bond was set at $150,000, and he was confined at the time of this report.
The investigation is ongoing. Investigations into all other Fentanyl-related overdoses in our community remain active and ongoing as well. Any individuals possessing pertinent information are urged to come forward and assist law enforcement authorities.
