Manhattan Man Arrested in Connection with Lewd and Lascivious Conduct Report

On February 21, 2025, officers with the Riley County Police Department (RCPD) arrested Keavoyan Brown, 19, of Manhattan, in connection with a lewd and lascivious conduct report filed earlier this month.

The investigation began on February 3, 2025, at approximately 1:19 AM, when officers responded to a report of lewd and lascivious conduct in the 2800 block of Kelly Drive. Following an extensive investigation, officers obtained a search warrant for a residence in the 2200 block of Browning Avenue.

Today, officers executed a search warrant and arrested Brown without incident. He was charged with two counts of criminal trespass, two counts of stalking, and one count of lewd and lascivious conduct, with his bond set at $13,000. Additionally, Brown was arrested on two separate Riley County District Court warrants. The first was for failure to appear, carrying a $6,000 bond. The second was for two counts of criminal threat, stalking, and harassment, with a bond set at $26,000.

Brown was confined at the time of this release. 

No further details are available at this time, as the investigation remains ongoing.
