Manhattan, Kan. -
Mingo Pasillas, 31, of Wamego was arrested on several Pott Co. warrants. The original charges include Violation of Protection Orders x2, Flee or attempt to elude, Domestic Battery, Driving while suspended x2, Improper driving on laned roadway, Reckless driving, Speeding x2, Failure to Yield, and No proof of Liability Insurance. Total Bond $63,000. Pasillas was no longer confined by Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
