Officers filed a report of vehicle burglary in the 1600 block of Beechwood Terrace on December 4, 2024, at approximately 7:08 AM. Officers listed a 24-year-old male as the victim when it was reported his vehicle was broken into overnight and military gear was stolen. Total loss associated with this report is approximately $2,367. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Officers filed a report of fraud/theft by deception in the 300 block of Riley Ave. Officers listed Casey's General Store as the victim when it was reported an unknown male and female used a "cash card" to obtain merchandise and lottery tickets but the card was fraudulent. Total loss associated with this report is $2,100. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Officers filed a report of rape in Manhattan on December 5, 2024. Due to the nature of this report, no other information will be released at this time.
Eugenio Damian, 40, of Manhattan, was arrested on December 4, 2024, at approximately 9:55 PM in the 000 block of Cody Place. Damian was arrested on the probable cause offenses of interference with an LEO, making false information, identity fraud, and forgery. Total bond was set at $16,000. Damian was confined at the time of this report.
