Manhattan, Kan. -
Officers filed a report of rape an aggravated battery in Manhattan on September 10, 2024 at approximately 1:07 PM. Due to the nature of this report no other information will be released at this time.
Ronnie Summerset, Jr., 26, of Manhattan, was arrested on September 10, 2024, at approximately 9:05 AM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Summerset was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for criminal threat and disorderly property. Total bond was set at $6,000. Summerset was confined at the time of this report.
Destiny Milam, 34, of Manhattan, was arrested on September 10, 2024, at approximately 2:20 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Milam was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. The original charge in this matter was for interference with an LEO. Total bond was set at $20,000. Milam was confined at the time of this report.
