Manhattan, Kan. -

Jacob Robb, 26, of Manhattan, was arrested on June 15, 2024 at approximately 8:02 PM in the 3000 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. Robb was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear x 3. The original charges in this matter were for aggravated domestic battery, aggravated battery, and domestic battery. Total bond in this matter was set at $84,000. Robb was confined at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report of an injury accident on June 16, 2024, at approximately 2:09 AM at the intersection of Fremont Street and Central Park Road. Officers listed a 41-year-old male as the victim when it was reported he was discovered by passersby lying in the roadway. The male had sustained serious injuries from what appears to be w vehicular hit-and-run with the pedestrian. The victim was transported via ambulance to Via Christi for his injuries. RCPD continues to seek the public's assistance in helping us identify the vehicle and driver involved in this report.
