Manhattan, Kan. -

Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 1100 block of Laramie Street in Manhattan on March 8, 2024, around 6:30 AM. Officers listed a 31-year-old female as the victim when it was reported a known suspect damaged her 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. The estimated total loss associated with this case will likely be over $1,000. 

Officers filed a report for aggravated domestic battery, aggravated intimidation of a witness, criminal restraint, and domestic battery in Manhattan on March 8, 2024, around 10:05 AM. Officers listed a 20-year-old female as the victim and a known male as the suspect. Officers arrested Christopher Larsen, 23, of Manhattan, on probable cause offenses of aggravated intimidation of a witness, criminal restraint, and domestic battery at approximately 10:30 AM. Larsen was confined at the time of this report. Due to the nature of the crime reported no additional information will be released. 

Marcus Grant, 40, of Ogden was arrested while in the 200 block of 7th Street in Ogden on March 10, 2024, at approximately 3:20 PM. Grant was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charge was for violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act x 2. Grant was issued a total bond of $5,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
