Manhattan, Kan. -
Officers filed a report for theft in the 8200 block of South Port Drive in Manhattan on January 3, 2023, around 11:54 AM. Officers listed Dollar General as the victim when it was reported a 40-year-old woman has been taking items without paying. At this time the approximate amount of loss is unknown.
Jonathon Murphy, 24, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 200 block of Summit Ave in Manhattan on January 3, 2024, around 10:36 PM. Murphy was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charge was for DUI. Murphy was issued a no bond and was confined at the time of this report.
Andrew Brandenburg, 44, of Manhattan was arrested while in the 100 block of Bluemont Ave. in Manhattan on January 3, 2024 around 9:02 PM. Brandenburg was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charge was for criminal trespass. He was also arrested on a probably cause offense of criminal tresspass. Brandenburg was issued a total bond of $6,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
