Manhattan, Kan. -
Officers responded to the report of an injury crash near the 300 block of East Poyntz Avenue in Manhattan on December 14, 2023, around 12:53 PM. When officers arrived on scene they found a Honda Accord driven by Adrian Ortega, 47, of Ogden, crashed with a Hyundai Tucson driven by Taina Concepcion, 32, of Manhattan. A juvenile passenger was transported to Via Christi for treatment of their injuries. Ortega was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way.
