Manhattan, Kan. -

Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 400 block of Clydesdale Drive in Ogden on October 17, 2023, around 7:05 PM. Officers listed Opportunities Unlimited as the victim when it was reported a known suspect caused damage to the back door and walls of the residence. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $900. 

Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 1000 block of Fremont Street in Manhattan on October 17, 2023, around 8:22 PM. Officers listed a 21-year-old male as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect slashed 4 tires on his grey Ford F150. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,200. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Officers responded to an injury crash near the intersection of Green-Randolph Road and Tuttle Creek Boulevard in Randolph on October 17, 2023, around 9:25 PM. Officers listed a 22-year-old male and a 15-year-old male as the victims. Faye Evans, 34, of Blue Rapids was arrested in connection on offenses of driving under the influence, and aggravated battery. Faye was issued a total bond of $17,000 and was confined at the time of this report. (The crash report with vehicle/driver information is in progress and not currently available). 

Chrystal Theis, 45, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on October 17, 2023, around 2:00 PM. Theis was arrested on a Johnson County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Theis was issued a total bond of $15,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
