Officers listed a 57-year-old male as the victim when he reported a known female suspect damaged his vehicle by throwing an item at it. Bobby Pearson, 40, of Ogden was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on October 12, 2023, at 2:50 PM on a probable cause offense of burglary. The original crime was reported on May 8, 2023, in the 5300 block of William Wood Road. Pearson was issued a total bond of $5,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
Joshua Drake, 36, of Junction City was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on October 12, 2023, at 5:05 PM. Drake was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Drake was issued a total bond of $5,000. Drake was not confined at the time of this report.
Gregory Hayes, 32, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on October 12, 2023, around 2:15 PM. Hayes was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear and a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Hayes was issued a total bond of $6,750. Hayes was confined at the time of this report.
