Manhattan, Kan. -

Officers filed a report for a past rape in Ogden on October 12, 2023. Officers listed a 15-year-old female as the victim and an unknown male as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Officers filed a report for lewd/lascivious and sexual battery in Manhattan on October 12, 2023. Officers listed a 19-year-old female as the victim and a male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released. 

Officers filed a report for theft in the 1300 block of Anderson Avenue in Manhattan on October 12, 2023, around 3:00 PM. Officers listed Kwik Shop as the victim when it was reported a known female suspect took books of lottery tickets, activated them, and cashed out winning tickets. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $3,000.

Officers filed a report for battery and criminal damage to property in the 500 block of Gatlinburg Way in Manhattan on October 12, 2023, around 5:59 PM. Officers listed a 57-year-old male as the victim when he reported a known female suspect damaged his vehicle by throwing an item at it. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500. 

Officers filed a report for theft in the 200 block of North 9th Street in Manhattan on October 12, 2023, around 6:07 PM. Officers listed a 62-year-old male as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took his Nakto E-Bike. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Bobby Pearson, 40, of Ogden was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on October 12, 2023, at 2:50 PM on a probable cause offense of burglary. The original crime was reported on May 8, 2023, in the 5300 block of William Wood Road. Pearson was issued a total bond of $5,000 and was confined at the time of this report. 

Joshua Drake, 36, of Junction City was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on October 12, 2023, at 5:05 PM. Drake was arrested on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Drake was issued a total bond of $5,000. Drake was not confined at the time of this report. 

Gregory Hayes, 32, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on October 12, 2023, around 2:15 PM. Hayes was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear and a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Hayes was issued a total bond of $6,750. Hayes was confined at the time of this report.
