Manhattan, Kan. -

Officers filed a report for burglary in the 1100 block of Claflin Road in Manhattan on October 9, 2023, around 9:23 AM. Officers listed a 21-year-old male and a 22-year-old female as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect took household goods and electronics from the victims. The estimated total loss associated with this case is less than $1,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

Officers filed a report for aggravated assault, criminal threat, and battery in the 200 block of North 9th Street in Manhattan on October 9, 2023, around 12:21 PM. Officers listed a 25-year-old male as the victim and a known female as the suspect. Dania Decoteau, 39, of Manhattan, was arrested in connection on probable cause offenses of aggravated assault, criminal threat, and battery. Decoteau was issued a total bond of $10,000 and was confined at the time of this report. 

Officers filed a report for rape in Manhattan on October 9, 2023. Officers listed a 23-year-old female as the victim and a known male as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released. 

Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 400 block of Clydesdale Drive in Ogden on October 9, 2023, around 6:57 PM. Officers listed Opportunities Unlimited as the victim when it was reported a known juvenile broke a window to the residence with a rock. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $5,000. 

Offices filed a report for criminal threat and criminal damage to property in the 2000 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard in Manhattan on October 9, 2023, around 12:13 PM. Officers listed a 38-year-old male as the victim when a known male suspect threw a coffee cup at a wall and made threats after being denied a ride. The estimated total loss associated with this case is not currently listed. David Combs, 55, of Manhattan was arrested on probable cause offenses of criminal threat, and criminal damage to property. Combs was issued a total bond of $5,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
