Manhattan, Kan. -
Officers filed a report of theft in the 700 block of Crestwood on March 3, 2025, at approximately 7:32 AM. Officers listed 27-year-old male as the victim when it was reported toolboxes were stolen from the back of his truck by an unknown subject. Total estimated loss associated with this report is $1,500. Jose Orona, 28, of Garden City, was arrested on March 3, 2025, at approximately 1:30 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Orona was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated battery, driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, and reckless driving. Total bond was set at $5,500. Orona was confined at the time of this report.
Thomas Jackson, 35, of Park City, was arrested on March 3, 2025, at approximately 1:44 PM in the 200 block of N. 5th Street. Jackson was arrested on the probable cause offense of burglary. Total bond was set at $5,000. Jackson was confined at the time of this report.
Joseph Marlow, 25, of Manhattan, was arrested on March 3, 2025, at approximately 7:20 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Marlow was arrested on the probable cause offense of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Total bond was set at $125,000. Marlow was confined at the time of this report.
