Manhattan, Kan. -
Ronnie Summerset, Jr., 26, was arrested on January 10, 2025, at approximately 8:11 PM in the 1100 block of Moro Street. Summerset was arrested on the probable cause offenses of violation of a protection order, criminal threat, and stalking. Total bond was set at $26,000. Summerset was confined at the time of this report.
Douglas Carson, 42, of Manhattan, was arrested on January 11, 2025, at approximately 10:40 AM in the 1400 block of Wreath Ave. Carson was arrested on the probable cause offense of burglary. Total bond was set at $8,000. Carson was confined at the time of this report.
Cedric Swinson, 18, of Manhattan, was arrested on January 11, 2025, at approximately 2:21 PM in the 800 block of Waters Drive. Swinson was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation and disorderly conduct. Total bond was set at $5,000. Swinson was confined at the time of this report.
Daniel Brassil, 45, of Manhattan was arrested on January 12, 2025, at approximately 3:29 PM in the 800 block of Fremont. Brassil was arrested on the probable cause offenses of violation of a protection order x4. Total bond was set at $12,000. Brassil was confined at the time of this report.
