Officers filed a report of motor vehicle theft in the 2000 block of College View Road on September 16, 2024, at approximately 12:20 PM. Officers listed a 20-year old male as the victim when it was reported his YZ250F dirt bike was taken by an unknown subject. Total loss associated with this report is approximately $1,800. Officers filed a report of theft in the 2200 block of Westchester Drive on September 16, 2024, at approximately 4:15 PM. Officers listed a 24-year-old male as the victim when it was reported a known subject had stolen two rims/tires off of his Civic. Total loss associated with this report is approximately $1,000.
Gary Davis, 38, of Manhattan, was arrested on September 16, 2024, at approximately 4:10 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Davis was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. The original charges in this matter are for unlawful computer acts, making false information, and theft x 2. Total bond was set at $10,000. Davis was confined at the time of this report.
Timothy Hill, 35, of Ogden, was arrested on September 16, 2024, at approximately 11:00 PM in the 100 block of Tenth Street. Hill was arrested on the probable cause offenses of aggravated domestic battery, criminal threat, and criminal restraint. Total bond was set at $14,000. Hill was confined at the time of this report.
