Manhattan, Kan. -

Cayetano Marsh, 64, of Manhattan, was arrested while in the 4400 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. in Manhattan on February 21, 2024, around 2:46 PM. Marsh was arrested on probable cause offenses of violation of the offender registration act; 3 or more convictions. Marsh was issued a total bond of $75,000 and was confined at the time of this report. 

Christopher Troy, 35, of Leonardville, was arrested while in the 4400 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. in Manhattan on February 21, 2024, around 6:11 PM. Troy was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. The original charge was for non-residential burglary and theft. Troy was issued a total bond of $50,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
