Manhattan, Kan. -
Officers responded to the report of an injury crash near the intersection of Anderson Avenue and Wreath Avenue in Manhattan on October 7, 2023, around 7:32 PM. When officers arrived on scene they found a 2013 Fiat 500 driven by Lisinda Bach, 42, of Ogden had crashed with a 2012 Cadillac CTS driven by Jason Kridner, 46, of Manhattan. Bach was transported to Via Christi for treatment of her injuries. Bach was issued a citation for failure to stop at a red light.
Officers filed a report for electronic solicitation of a minor with a known male suspect in Manhattan on October 7, 2023, around 12:50 PM. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.
Officers filed a report for battery and theft in the 1400 block of Nichols Street in Manhattan on October 8, 2023, around 2:08 AM. Officers listed a 23-year-old female as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect had taken an iPhone from the victim at a party. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $600. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 400 block of South 4th Street in Manhattan on October 8, 2023, around 10:51 AM. Officers listed a 33-year-old female as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect placed something in her gas tank causing her GMC Acadia to break down. The total loss associated with this case is not currently listed.
Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 400 block of Clydesdale Drive in Ogden on October 8, 2023, around 5:20 PM. Officers listed Opportunities Unlimited as the victim when it was reported a known suspect damaged a window. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $3,500.
