Manhattan, Kan. -

Moisemax Cruz, 30, of Manhattan was arrested on August 31, 2023, at approximately 10:15 a.m. on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. This warrant stems from original charges of three counts of domestic battery. Cruz remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $5,000.

Eladio Alvarez Jr., 44, of Manhattan was arrested on August 31, 2023, at approximately 10:45 a.m. on a Riley County District Court warrant for interference with law enforcement while already confined in the Riley County Jail. This warrant stems from an August 8, 2023, incident where Alvarez interfered with officers arresting him. Alvarez remains confined in the Riley County Jail and was issued a total bond of $5,000 for this warrant.

Kade Schulze, 28, of Clay Center was arrested on August 31, 2023, at approximately 2:30 p.m. on two Riley County District Court warrants for failure to appear. These warrants stem from original charges of theft and flee and elude. Schulze remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $32,000.

Brady Reed, 27, of Wamego was arrested on August 31, 2023, at approximately 3:30 p.m. for perjury, violation of a protection order, and three counts of violation of the Offender Registration Act. Reed remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $22,000.

Wendell Parrish, 40, of Manhattan was arrested on August 31, 2023, at approximately 7:00 p.m. on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Parrish remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $10,000.
