It is unlawful to lend your driver's license for another person to use or to display another person's driver's license as your own. A conviction is punishable by a fine of up to $2,500 and up to one year in jail.
It is unlawful to lend your driver's license to a minor to purchase alcohol, or to use or display a fictitious driver's license to obtain alcohol. A first conviction is punishable by a fine between $200 and $500 and at least 100 hours of community service. Court costs of $98 are assessed for ID offenses.
