The holidays are typically a busy and happy time with family, friend's, parties, traveling and gift giving. However, holidays are also a time for increased stress, feeling overwhelmed, negative reminders of past events, difficulty family situations, and stretching yourself too thin. It's important to remember to take care of yourself and those around you during this time of year, too. Pay special attention to when you need a break or if you notice family/friends that may be struggling. Below are some tips on self care and resources in the area that can help:
