The Riley County Police Department had the second of a series of five DUI Saturation Patrols on the evening of May 16, 2014 into the early morning hours of May 17, 2014.

Five officers from the Riley County Police Department were assigned to the Saturation Patrol.  Officers working the Saturation Patrol stopped twenty-four (24) motorists.  Of these, eight (8) were evaluated for DUI.  One of those evaluated was arrested for DUI.  Another motorist was arrested on an outstanding traffic warrant.

We would like to thank the Kansas Department of Transportation for providing the funding for the additional enforcement.
